Elder Boothe on the Coast of Eastbourne

I have officially hit the year mark.

Picture 1- My Year-mark A&W that the Bishop gave to me. :D (They don't really have root beer over here.)

Hello! Well, this week was interesting! We had Stake conference on Sunday and President Monson spoke along with L. Tom Perry. It was a satellite broadcast to all of the UK, so that was pretty cool! They gave really good talks and I thought of things I could improve on. It really was an uplifting conference. Our zone went through the temple today for P-day which was good. So everything seems to be looking up now, and this week should be really good.

Speaking of this next week, Elder Aveiro is getting his visa delivered tomorrow so he should be flying out a few days after that! So, I'll be getting ANOTHER new companion! So everything will be changing this week, and hopefully we can find someone who is interested who lives in our area. We talked to one really cool Peruvian lady who we taught on the street and gave her a Book of Mormon which she happily accepted. When we were talking with her she said it was funny, because she was walking around praying because she's going through a hard time in life and then she met us. It just so happens that she was visiting Eastbourne for the week and was flying back home to America the next morning. She said she'd contact the missionaries there, so that would be awesome!

As for the area right now, there still isn't anyone that we're teaching because everyone seems so busy. So we just need to keep trying and keep trying harder! I feel like it's a new beginning of missionary work now that it's on the downhill slope. So I hope to make it the best year yet!

I love all of you, thanks for the help and support. Bye!
